My car did not get detailed. I saw it before it got detailed and left it there to pick it up the next day to give them time to detail it. When I picked it up there were hairties I saw it before it got detailed and left it there to pick it up the next day to give them time to detail it. When I picked it up there were hairties still and crumbs in the cup holders. The trunk was also working when I test drove it, but it was clicking. It is now not fully lifting open. The buying process was also not particularly smooth with my trade in but I wouldn't be so upset if the car was detailed and the trunk worked, and the rear brake pads even could have been replaced. Tbh the little maintenance things would have made all the difference. My sales guy was fine, I believe he did what he could on his end.... More

Mercedes was very helpful and friendly. Everyone at the dealership was extremely nice and wanted to know if there was anything they could do for me as I waited for my service to finish.
