Second time I’ve had service on my Subaru. The first time they forgot to put parts back for the cabin air filter. They also forgot my oil change sticker. This time when I first arrived I stood at the counter for about two minutes while a service rep played on their cell phone. another person had to tell him that I was standing there waiting. After receiving the service, I did not receive a discount on my next service of 25% as promised after the previous error. When I pointed this out, they revise the invoice and the price increased. When I point out the disparity in the discount, he tried to tell me it was close, although it was several dollars off. It took a third time for him to do the calculation and get it correct. More

We called My Lakeshore Subaru to ask a question about the Subaru forester. We had verbally committed to a pre-owned forester with another dealer (they weren’t open at the time) but in talking with Brooke, sh Subaru forester.
