I recently financed a car with this dealership. They charged me thousands extra for work they said they did on the car to make sure “everything was in order”. I’ve been having multiple issues with They charged me thousands extra for work they said they did on the car to make sure “everything was in order”. I’ve been having multiple issues with the main features the advertised the car having. I’ve already brought the car back once and it was extremely difficult to get someone to contact me back to get that first service appointment. Then it turns out they did not fix the issue but swore to me they did upon leaving even though the car was still notifying me it needed service. I haven’t received a response to my calls or emails about fixing the problem. Too many hoops to jump through here— I wouldn’t recommend. If the issue can be resolved that would be great but overall this has been a very stressful experience. More
