After deciding on what I wanted with the salesperson I went over to the finance department and there I met a gentleman by the name of Paul Sousa. My first impressions were he looked serious and quiet but well reserved, but for the most part he definitely knew his job. He got me the best rate that he could and I was pleased and he explains himself very clearly and he makes you feel so comfortable while sitting there. Because of his bedside manners I would definitely consider buying another vehicle from him again. Thanks again Mike More
