Private Response New Jersey State Auto Auction responded to this review July 23, 2015 I spoke to ismeal to have you get a estimate on the front brakes and I will get the company to split the bill with you. Mike Original: I bought a car from this dealer while being out of state, I have called and talked one of their salesman and was told that the car was gorgeous inside out and drives beautifully. Since I was out of state I was asked to wire the monies and send them a copy of my driver’s license so they can have everything ready for me when I arrive and they were supposed to send ubber to pick me up from the airport at their charge. When I got there I was told that I will have to pay for transportation since they are busy and can’t pick me up… after hustling with them for a while they have agreed to split the cost, then they would not release the car without a proof of insurance, I was never told to bring such, I read his email back to me with what he has asked for otherwise I would have arranged to get it prior, offered to send an email to my agent and copy him since I was unable to contact over the weekend, office was closed. But the answer they can’t do that BUT for an additional $175 the dealer can sell you a temporary insurance for 10 days!!!!! I drove the car back home and have noticed when you break the car shakes, I called them on the following Monday, since they are closed on Sunday, and was told it sounds like you’re going to need front rotors, bring the car we will not charge for labor but we have to collect the cost of parts… But hey since your 100s of miles away this option will not make sense I asked if they have a mechanic in Atlanta that I can take the car to and they said sorry but NO. I have mentioned that I was told that the car drives “beautifully” and was misled but still no option to offer any assistance. I will never do business nor recommend these guys to any of my friends! More
