Walk in today to buy a car I saw on carguru and was paying cash. The dude sitting next to the door pretty much told me "I can't buy car anything less than $14,000 unless I am a mechanic." They only sell the the 5k cars to mechanics only, and that I literally "can't buy cars from them unless I am financing through them." He was willing to work with me for low monthly payment >(.
