4 stars because nobody is perfect. I prefer to bring my car to the dealership in case warranty work is needed. I do like the drive up service and there is someone readily there to help I prefer to bring my car to the dealership in case warranty work is needed. I do like the drive up service and there is someone readily there to help me! They do listen to my concerns regarding my vehicle. However, I am still unsettled with having to have the rotors resurfaced on a vehicle that has less than 3,000 miles on it.I understand its normal maintenance for a vehicle with say at a minimum 20,000 miles, however my gut tells me the rotors on the vehicle when I puchased it may have been of inferior materials. Please understand it's not a reflection at all of your service department,it's more about the quality of the product used in production! I feel I have no recourse with Chrysler,sadly. More

I took my Jeep in on a recall, I called to make appointment and was told one was not needed. Just bring it in anytime. That was nice, when I got there they said to drive it in to the service area appointment and was told one was not needed. Just bring it in anytime. That was nice, when I got there they said to drive it in to the service area and it will be done in about an hour. about an hour later I got a text all work was done and can pick it up anytime. They explained what was done and handed me the FOB and I was on my way. Very nice people, friendly. More
