Amazing service from our sales person, A’Darius! So we bought our 2019 Honda on a Monday night two weeks ago and yesterday we were having issues with programming our Android phone through the car so So we bought our 2019 Honda on a Monday night two weeks ago and yesterday we were having issues with programming our Android phone through the car so we could use the Maps app. We called A’Darius thinking he might be working on Sunday. He answered the phone and we discovered that the delearship was not open that day.....he was visiting family. BUT he took our call eagerly and offered to drive to our house to help us figure out how to fix our Bluetooth issue!! He arrived at our house 20 minutes later. Pleasant and helpful as usual! Of course there was NOTHING wrong with the car, it was our own ignorance of technology. We were so impressed that he was willing to make a house call and help us out. He was quick and efficient with helping us. We are still stunned that he would do this. You can’t get any better than that for customer service, right? More
