Please avoid at all costs! I purchased a Honda Accord 2015, brand new, or so I thought. The car had been returned by a previous buyer for whatever reason. The paperwork was doc I purchased a Honda Accord 2015, brand new, or so I thought. The car had been returned by a previous buyer for whatever reason. The paperwork was doctored to appear as if the car had 15 miles on it when in actuality it had 180 miles on it. After offering me a lower interest rate I reluctantly went through with the purchase only to find out after going through the paperwork thoroughly that I was charged for a car care plan that was not honored by the service team. After paying for numerous oil-changes and tire rotations that should have been free due to the car care plan that I unknowingly purchased I was promised to be reimbursed by the Finance Manager, Darwin, who began to ignore me when I pressed the issue about my reimbursement. After numerous calls and messages left for the Finance and General Managers, I have still been ignored! This dealership is full of scam artists and liars. I recently went in for an oil change and tire rotation. Only the oil change was completed because I took the car back in for a new set of tires and I was told that tire rotations had not been done causing uneven wear on my tires. On top of that, the service team will charge you for services that they do not complete. I took my 2010 Honda Accord in for an emissions test and after paying for it and going to the tag office to renew my tag I was told that the emissions had not been completed for my car. After calling and complaining of a service I paid for and did not receive, the service team argued with me that it was completed. Just horrible. Nonetheless, I took the car back up for the emissions and they completed free of charge after arguing with me that it had been done. Please avoid this dealership at all cost if you value honest, fair customer service and a good quality car. This dealership has caused me so much stress and I will NEVER, EVER do business here again. I will drive out of my way to get any service done from now on. This is the worst dealership ever for sales and service. AVOID, AVOID, AVOID! More

The salesman Andre is a liar unprofessional and disrespectful. He talked about how he leaves cars on the internet long after they're gone to bait ppl in. He lied to me about several aspects of my deal. He makes shady deals and covers up the paper work later. Iman the finance guy lied and tricked me into getting some papers they needed to appear legit. Derwin his boss wated to intimidate me and not let Iman address the lies he told me. This dealership is shady and I wish I never trusted them. I would not recomend Nally honda to anyone unles you're looking to make a underhanded dishonest deal. More
Duplicate services performed within 6 months Nalley Honda Service repeated services that they claimed made my car unsafe twice in 6 months. I've called the Service Manager and left messages twice to get an explanation but have not been contacted. When we picked up and showed proof they had already done (or at least what was previously charged to me) for the same service 6 months ago, he took the charges off with no explanation as to how or why I was told my car was unsafe to drive or why the services were done twice. Of an even more alarming safety concern, I was told I had a dry rotted belt. I had stopped in 3 weeks prior (18Nov2017) to get a tire looked at and confirm everything was safe for a long trip; I was told I needed two new tires installed and that everything else looked good for the trip. During this new service I paid 500.00 in "emergency" services needed to be done before it was safe to drive my car. How do you get a dry rotted belt in 3 weeks? These actions are very concerning as to the ethical behavior of Nalley Honda Service Department. More
Beware of Nalley Honda's Service Department Christopher Thompson was very rude and dismissive. I tried to explain my situation to him but he in so many words accused me of lying. He would not Christopher Thompson was very rude and dismissive. I tried to explain my situation to him but he in so many words accused me of lying. He would not listen to my explanation of the situation. I have never had a service manager to be so outright rude and disrespectful. Karim did listen but he did not offer a solution to the problem. I will never set foot in this dealership again. I have friends and family members that are joining me in not patronizing this establishment ever again. More
Best Car Buying Experience of My Life I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years but this was the best experience of all. I would rate them even higher if possible! It could not have gone I have bought a lot of cars in my 67 years but this was the best experience of all. I would rate them even higher if possible! It could not have gone any better! It is a 2 hour drive to Nalley from my house but these folks made it worth while. The salesman was very knowledgeable and friendly as was the business Office manager, I also got excellent service from the service department when they installed a roof rack on my new {to me} 2015 Honda Pilot a few days later. I would most definitely recommend Nalley Honda to anybody looking to buy a vehicle. More

I appreciate his cando Mr. Easley has always serviced my car from the time I bought it new. He is technically proficient, professional and competent. I appreciate his candor and friendliness. He has always treated me and my family fairly and with respect. There has been times when I thought he was in error about the problem with my vehicle and invariably he was correct. And often he has spotted potential problems about my car I was not aware of. He is quick to offer service coupons, if there are any. And he does not give the impression he is trying to gouge you by offering things really not needed. I highly recommend Mr. Easley if you go to Nalley Honda for service. Gary V. The WORST company I have ever interacted with This is the literal worst company I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. This is a long post, but Nalley is HORRIBLE. My husband and I ar This is the literal worst company I have ever had the misfortune of interacting with. This is a long post, but Nalley is HORRIBLE. My husband and I are both active duty military, and returned from two years overseas recently. We're also expecting our first child, so we came here to buy a family friendly car. Nalley screwed up our financing paperwork, didn't file for my permanent tags, and failed to notify us until I called a MONTH after we bought the car because the temporary tags were due to expire soon. We're stationed in SC, and they told us that even though Nalley screwed up, I should drive to the Georgia DMV (as a five months pregnant, active duty military member) to get my temporary tags extended myself. After I told them absolutely not, getting the runaround with multiple people, calls not being returned, etc, one of Nalley's guys then lied to us that new temporary tags were in the mail, promised to get us the tracking number, and then failed to respond to follow up calls and texts. We later found out from another Nalley employee that he had never sent them, and finally got new temp tags overnighted the day before mine were due to expire. They also repeatedly promised and failed to provide the final information on the car loan so we could pay it (and told us the wrong date on when the initial payment was due), almost resulting in a late payment on my credit report. After all of this, when my husband finally got Nalley's manager on the phone- after several weeks of asking to speak to him, being promised he would get a call back, and that never happening- the manager told us that we didn't live in Georgia, the sale was over, and Nalley doesn't owe us anything, including an apology. We're very happy with the Civic we got, but wish we had bought it from ANYWHERE else. More
