FALSE ADVERTISING...SCAM...GO TO CARMaX On 4/29/17 I had a horrible experience at Nalley Honda Union City Ga. I am in the market for a used car for my daughter, we passed by and saw a white Honda Accord with $12,991.00 in big yellow numbers on the windshield, so we turned around, inquired about the car. Salesman was great. Price was wonderful just what I could afford. Left to get my dad to come back to check the car out, we took a test drive came back went inside gave all pertinent info driver's license, social, insurance etc. signed credit application and all. Salesman came back said price wrong. Did not sale me the car. Me and my daughter especially was soooo disappointed, she cried her eyes and heart out. This was so wrong and even deceiving. They wanted me to look at other cars. I wonder if it was a trick to get me in the dealership to buy another car. Such a scam. Be careful and beware!!!! I just so happen to take a picture of the car with the $12,991.00 price on it before we went in to buy it because she was so excited taking selfies. Still sad and heartbroken. DON'T STOP KEEP GOING!!! More

Awesome buying experience! Trent and the finance team were awesome! I drove all the way down from Greensboro NC to buy an Audi S3 and when I got there it was clean and had a ful Trent and the finance team were awesome! Nalley Honda is a dishonest dealership Drove out to Nalley Honda in Union City tonight from Decatur because we were told that they had a car we were interested in purchasing on their lot. W Drove out to Nalley Honda in Union City tonight from Decatur because we were told that they had a car we were interested in purchasing on their lot. We were even called by one of their representatives on our drive out to confirm that we were on our way. When we arrived at the dealership we were told that they did not have that particular car on the lot and we were given no explanation as to why or how this mistake had taken place. We wasted our time and our money in driving out to Union City and we feel that this dealership owes us an apology and some sort of restitution. We honestly feel like this might be some sort of sales tactic to just get people on the lot and then possibly bait and switch them to another auto. We do not recommend this dealership to anyone and truly feel that they cannot be trusted. More

I came form another Honda dearlership and was very upset cause I didn't get service that I felt I should have gotten. Went there to get my tire fixed and was told that it couldn't be repaired that I would have to purchase a new one. I was ok with that. I was then told they would have to order the tire and I couldn't get it until the following day. Now mind you it was 11:00 o'clock AM and I couldn't understand why I would have to wait a whole day to get this tire. I also explained that I had a appointment later that evening and didn't want to drive my vehicle with that dummy tire on it. The service tech told me I could drive it for 50 miles then I would have to stop and let it cool off for about an hour. I then asked if she could check with some other Honda dealerships and see if they had the tire. She told me she didn't know of any close in the area. Now I was at AutoNation Honda on Thornton Rd. I then mentioned that there was one in Union City. So she called and they told her that they had 4 tires. I asked her if they would bring the tire to them and she said no that I would have to go there, that's how I came to Nalley Honda. Paige was the first person I saw when I arrived and she was very helpful. I explained my situation to her and she didn't hesitate to help me one bit. She put the best service technician on the job and put the tire on my car and I was able to make my appointment. I will be returning to Nalley Honda for all of my service needs on my vehicle from here on out. Paige Celis is a big asset to your company, I can tell she enjoys her job. More
