Service writer and service manager are not the greatest at letting you know what’s going on. Service writer refuses to call will only text and not return or answer phone calls. Never fixed the issue told m at letting you know what’s going on. Service writer refuses to call will only text and not return or answer phone calls. Never fixed the issue told me it was normal when I know it wasn’t. Took car to another dealership instantly said it’s not right and set up time to look at and potentially fix the issue. More
