Great Price, Friendly Service. Dealership requested additional $2000.00 the day after car was purchased by electronic contract or "would have car towed back to dealer". Now dealer has suspended our ext additional $2000.00 the day after car was purchased by electronic contract or "would have car towed back to dealer". Now dealer has suspended our extended warranty and wants $1000.00 more for it too. We have contacted consumer affairs at Nissan and written letters to 6 top executives at Nissan North America, Inc. We are still attempting to resolve the extended warranty issue; we have already paid $1,584.00. More

I have purchased a lot of cars in my life and like most educated consumers today, I spent some time on line. First deciding the make and model and second shopping the dealerships. There are two Nissan deal educated consumers today, I spent some time on line. First deciding the make and model and second shopping the dealerships. There are two Nissan dealers in my area and I requested information from both of them. Both dealers had similar pricing but where they differed was the professionalism that the sales person at Marazzi Nissan displayed. Nick was both knowledgeable and cordial. He seemed to understand that I was in fact well researched and he more or less let me lead the way through the process. This was an exceptional experience from start to finish. I decided on the new Maxima and I love it. More
