From the moment I walked in, Adrian was professional, honest, and no-pressure. He listened to what I actually wanted, answered every question clearly, and made the whole process easy and straightforward. No games, no runaround - just great customer service. He knows the Nissan lineup inside and out, was very patient showing me options, and worked hard to get me a fair deal. You can tell he genuinely cares about his customers and wants you to leave happy. This was one of the best car-buying experiences I've ever had. Adrian is a real asset to Naples Nissan.
