On Monday evening, I texted Naples Nissan about my interest in a new Infiniti QX80. I guess I got lucky, because my enquiry landed on Michael Martino's desk, and he called me first thing Tuesday morni interest in a new Infiniti QX80. I guess I got lucky, because my enquiry landed on Michael Martino's desk, and he called me first thing Tuesday morning. I explained to him that I was very busy, and really didn't have the time to come do the '5-hour dealership visit' that we all hate doing. Well Michael understood me straight away and exactly what I needed. By 1pm that day, we had spoken on the phone 3 or 4 times, exchanged 2 or 3 text messages, and by 1.30pm, we had agreed a deal. I met Michael at the dealership the following morning at 9am, and he had promised he would have me out of there within an hour. He was true to his word, as 49 minutes later I was driving my new QX80 back to my office on the east coast. This dealership and the team there are the best. I must congratulate the owner on this business and the crew there, from the lady who patiently showed me how to operate the cappuccino machine (I am not very tech-savvy), to the 2 gentlemen who got my phone set up, Archimedes in finance and of course top of the list, Michael Martino, who made the whole process a pleasure. Quick, easy, transparent and honest. Michael is an awesome ambassador for Naples Nissan, and he has definitely secured me as a long term customer. Great job Naples Nissan, and Michael, you're a star.
