Recently we purchased a new/used 2023 Dodge Durango from Napleton. After completing purchase, we were informed that there was only 1 key. We anticipated there would be 2 keys, as has been customary with a Napleton. After completing purchase, we were informed that there was only 1 key. We anticipated there would be 2 keys, as has been customary with all other auto purchases we have made. Management said we needed to buy our own 2nd key for $399-$500. Manager said he couldn’t cover this expense. We gave them the opportunity to rectify the situation before we gave them a review, but they did not work with us. We feel this was poor customer service. Very disappointed. We will not return to Napleton. More
