She used the lender i asked for and was able to get the rate i was looking for. The most impressive part was when Zachary went to go over all the features of the Traverse before I left with it, he realized one of the buttons on the key fob wasn't working right. After trying an unsuccessful battery change, he brought out a replacement key fob to send me on my way. It was so nice to be treated like a valued customer! More

We had no intention of purchasing that day, as we were not sure what kind of SUV we even wanted. We had seen and possibly been interested in the Enclave and after talking with Don as to what all we wanted not sure what kind of SUV we even wanted. At first we couldn’t find one on the lot and were willing to check out a ST, but Don wouldn’t settle for that. He said that the Avenir has a whole different ride and options, so he wanted to make sure we were able to look at one. After checking out the Avenir, we thought we would order one without AWD and Super Cruise. He explained the pros of each. After figuring out what a new built without those options would be compared to the price of one on the lot with the options, we were not saving much. Also, I was adamant that I thought I wanted a black SUV until I saw the iridescent tri-white. We ended buying it right off your lot and are super happy with our purchase. Little side note: at the age of 65 & 66, this is our very first SUV ever and love it! More

I had been looking for a used car and the sales person, Jessica, was very receptive to my questions and concerns. Which, despite it being a used car, Napleton made sure that it was like new, cleaning it in Jessica, was very receptive to my questions and concerns. Which, despite it being a used car, Napleton made sure that it was like new, cleaning it inside and out; an action that most OTHER dealerships don’t bother with or, if they do, usually do a bare minimum job. Through these actions, it made me feel like they cared and were showed that they were willing to go above and beyond “normal” expectations.
