Contacted this dealership to purchase a Buick Enclave. Spoke and text with the salesman Joshua several times over 2 days. Agreed on a price, I live two hours away,. While e route again had a conversation with Joshua who reluctantly told me that he thought the car I had agreed to purchase, had suffer hail damage in a prior storm. I was not informed until I agreed to purchase.this car and had started my drive to their location of the damage. They also wanted to charge the same amount for their damaged car as a quote I had received from another dealer on an j damaged vehicle. Dealers like this have destroyed any credibility with the general public, the Telsla model of factory direct purchase would solve this issue. More
I went in for a tire rotation because I bought the tires from dealership and the last few times I’ve been charged. I forgot my invoice at home but figured they would have that info. Turns out they were goin from dealership and the last few times I’ve been charged. I forgot my invoice at home but figured they would have that info. Turns out they were going to charge me and accused me of buying the tires somewhere else and just having dealership mount them. I stood there while two men keep scrolling through my history and still couldn’t find invoicing. Was able to leave by asking to scan and send the information to the technician. Which I did that night. I was humiliated and will never back. They lost my business. Sorry! I wish could write a better review. More
