We got scammed on an oil change. We just wanted to get the oil change and a tire rotation. The scam is they now offer you to choose between best, better and good. My wife got the oil change back in April and it was $88 for the oil change and tire rotation. Without reading the fine print, because she is older and can't see that well, she signed "good", thinking it was the simple oil change and tire rotation. Instead, by signing the option for good, she got an oil additive and an engine filter for a total bill of $193. they charged her $30 bucks to install a engine filter. Really? More
