My Chev Bolt was not working. The dealership had a mechanic check over my batteries and found the 12 volt battery was bad. They replaced the battery, which cost me $450.00. Setting up a service appointment was a challenge. Their phone system said I could make an appointment online, but their website doesn't have an appointment scheduler. I asked for an appointment in their online chat, but that got me connected with someone in sales. When I said I wanted service, not sales, I was told to call for an appointment. After a couple of days, I finally got an appointment. The dashboard light I was seeing required a replacement part. The part was shipped quickly, and they dropped me off at home and picked me up when the work was done. Overall, the service was a good experience, but the dealership's website and communication could use some work. More
