I told him I was paying cash and sent him a copy of the certified check and copy of insurance. He would have the van ready for me when I got there. On my way driving up there, I received a call from Alvaro telling me that Mike a manager at the dealership sold the van to somebody else. This dealership cannot be trusted and you should stay away!! I purchased a brand new 2025 Ram 1500 (0 miles) in August 2024, and since then I have had serious transmission issues. The truck already spent 30 days at the dealer due to transmission problems. After only 4 months, the same transmission and shifting issues returned, so I brought the truck back again. After 7 days, I was told the vehicle was ready, but nothing had changed — the truck still has the same transmission problems and harsh gear shifting. On 12/18/2025, when I went to pick up the vehicle, I spoke with the service advisor Alex Miniet and informed him that the problem was still happening. He went to the truck and told me that “all Ram 1500 trucks are like this,” which is not true. The transmission constantly jerks, jumps, and shifts roughly, which is not normal behavior for a new vehicle. This situation is unacceptable, especially for a truck purchased brand new and still under warranty. I am extremely frustrated with the lack of proper diagnosis and resolution, and with the attempt to dismiss a clear mechanical issue as “normal.” More
Took my vehicle in for service. They charged over $950 to replace a wire (wire harness was a plug in type). Then added a 3% charge for putting it on a credit card. Very dishonest! I asked about a vehicle listed on their website and made an appointment to come in the next day. They called me in the morning to confirm, and even a I asked about a vehicle listed on their website and made an appointment to come in the next day. They called me in the morning to confirm, and even answered additional questions I had about the vehicle. When I arrived, they told me they sold it last night and it was no longer available. When I became upset and asked why they would call to confirm an appointment for a specific vehicle when they knew they sold it and waste my time, they tried to say “let’s try and talk this out like men” — I left and will never do business with them again. They should be avoided at all cost. Very dishonest dealership. More

I bought my Jeep brand new in September 2023 with only 5 miles on it, and it’s been nothing but problems since. I've taken it to the dealer six times—only one was a recall. The rest were serious issues like miles on it, and it’s been nothing but problems since. I've taken it to the dealer six times—only one was a recall. The rest were serious issues like engine leaks, battery failure, and radio problems. Customer service has been just as disappointing. With the exception of a few people in the past I’ve had to constantly chase for updates this time, and they don’t provide a loaner car, this has been very frustrating.Most recently, I dropped it off June 23 expecting it back the next day—now I’m stuck without a vehicle again for another day. I understand if they need to get a part but I would appreciate some communication from the dealer. I’ve owned Toyota, Kia, Mazda, and Nissan before and never had an experience this frustrating. I regret choosing Jeep. More
These dealerships really depend on you being uniformed, ignorant and gullible to make money. Stay away, or if you're in the business of buying a car and losing money, go ahead and visit them. Stay away from this dealership! They did thousands of dollars worth of damage to my vehicle. They agreed to fix some of the damage over 30 days ago.
