While the car was in the shop (a few days), Tom kept us informed via phone until the job was completed. It's an employee such as Tom, who DID exceed our expectations. You've got one heck of an employee and a great team to back him up. (knock on wood)- The car is running so much better, no clicking sounds from underneath the front end...very quite and smoother ride, the back windows are actually rolling up and down perfectly!!!! After dealing with Napleton on Osceola Pky this was a very refreshing and happy experience from the moment we met with Rick Angelotti. He was very friendly and took his time explaining everything he was going to do in advance and then after looking at our vehicle, he thoroughly explained everything and asked us if we had any other concerns, we always went to Napleton on Osceola Pky, but we will never again, we always left there upset. We have total trust in Napleton Clermont now, something we never had at Napleton Osceola. The price for service was great.
