I stopped by for an oil change this morning and was greated at the car by Stephanie and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes. Stephanie came to the waiting area twice to give me an updat greated at the car by Stephanie and was in and out of the dealership within 15 minutes. Stephanie came to the waiting area twice to give me an update. Once for the 23 point inspection with no problems and again to hand me the receipt and tell me the car will be around in a few minutes. I had no hidden charges or surprise problems with the vehicle. Great communication! More

I was very pleased to be greated at my car by Mike. He filled out the paper work, sent me to the waiting area and kept me posted on recomendations for further service I may need down the road. We thought that we were going to leave the car overnight for an oil change the next day as we arrived after 6pm but she exceeded our expectations. We had the oil cahnge done before 7:15pm!!! Was very surprised and pleased to be able to walk in off the street with a summer Chrysler service coupon for oil&filter change/tire rotation/23 point inspection coupon and have a smiling young service la the street with a summer Chrysler service coupon for oil&filter change/tire rotation/23 point inspection coupon and have a smiling young service lady say they would be glad to honor the coupon today. The work was completed in less than 40 minutes and car was ready to drive out, no surprise charges or other red tape ; who wouldn't be pleased ? More

Could not rate quality of work, overall experience or price because they have to yet find out what is wrong with my Town and Country.
