Although I found the prices to be moderate, the level of customer service was excellent. I had an issue with my vehicle, and Rick was able to accommodate me the same day, while offering me shuttle services customer service was excellent. I took my 2003 dodge dakota for a checkup and a quote. I was greeted very nicely and updated on the status of my order every so often. I just recently moved to the city of Clermont and have had to get my van repaired on a few occasions. Every time , I have taken my van to Napleton Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge. I have been greeted by a kind and respectful gentleman named Tom Russo. This man has helped me with great pricing and amazing customer service with different repairs on each visit. He has always put in time to work with me concerning different payment methods and supplying estimates for each repair. Tom has also given me adequate time frames in which my vehicle would be repaired, and friendly phone calls to update me on the status of my van. I have been to many repair shops and this is by far the greatest experience I have had, thanks to Tom Russo and his team at Napleton Clermont Chrysler Jeep Dodge. More

they ask you to register and then they call you day and night... the free oil change does not include filter,,, the manager was a total jerk, he put the rebates and my trade together,, then was there for o night... the free oil change does not include filter,,, the manager was a total jerk, he put the rebates and my trade together,, then was there for over 5 hours and kept getting jerked around, my friend bought a used for explorer there and 2 days later spent 700 on new tires, then they called her and said her loan was denied, took explorer back and would not reimburse her for the 700 she spent on tires......they are crooks and the owner is an arrogant jerk More
