Terrible communication, not only with eachother at work but with their customers. My car sat for 2 days in their lot because of miscommunication between the workers. No calls on updates of my vehicle, I needed to call. Say my car would be ready a certain day, and then they tell me that they need it longer when I needed my car to get to and from work. They are very unorganized and take on more than they can handle. Spent over $2300 there and you think we would have gotten better service. Very disappointed. More
