Well they weren’t in for 2 days and when she brought it in she was told it doesn’t have that feature and it was too late to return it. Everyone there was clueless and no help! Said we couldn’t return but could pay more for one on the lot that had CarPlay. What a joke. More

After recontacting Chelsea with a request for an additional piece of equipment to be added to a vehicle in stock she put me in touch with their Sales Manager, Ed Bilo. Ed and I reached an agreement and scheduled pickup the following day. Tim Albertson handled the "Test Drive", answered all equipment questions of the Santa Fe and finalized the delivery process. Final paperwork was completed with their Finance Manager Glenn Meier. All said and done, the entire Team was a pleasure to deal with. Service is too far from where my sister lives but it may be worthwhile to travel there as their Service area/Dealership is one of the cleanest and brightest out there. Where to have Servicing will be a later decision. Satisfied with pricing (of course it could always be better, regardless of what dealer you buy from). More

He showed us two models which were exactly what we were looking for in 2 different colors. We test drove one and decided on leasing a White "Tucson SEL Plus AWD". Quickly after that, the sales manager Scott Grodeck ran some numbers for the Tucson lease and trade in value for the Lexus. Naturally, we negotiated prices to please both parties, and Scott came to introduce himself and congratulate us on the deal. It was very busy for a Friday night and I could tell they were short staffed, but we never felt neglected or rushed in any way throughout the entire process. Last, we met with the finance manager, Glenn Meier who came out to introduce himself and walk us to his office. He clearly described "EasyCare" to us and we felt absolutely no pressure in the warranty upgrade, which we decided to purchase without much hesitation. The entire process was the least stressful we have ever felt in a car buying experience. Tim, Scott, Glenn and crew did a fantastic job handling all the customers in the store and they did not make it seem as busy as they actually were. I will definitely be returning to this dealership again in the future. Mr. Wilkins should be proud of this crew. Thank you! More
