Great service! I recently purchased my 2019 Ford Fusion from Hawk Ford. The salespeople were knowledgeable and competent. TERRIBLE - COMPLETE WASTE OF A SATURDAY Worst experience with extremely rude and incompetent service personnel. Why give an appointment and not tell you its just meant to be dropprd off. Service person EVA, was extremely rude and could care less about your car or the customer experience. As me and my 4 year old son arrive, she asks your not going to wait right? I'm like yes why. Ohh its really busy. They probably won't even look at your car until like 2pm or 3pm. Mind you, my appointment was @ 915am! I'm like what? Why wasn't I told that so I could have made arrangements to be picked up? And what was the point of scheduling an appointment? She rolls her eyes and is like, "Sir, do you want me to take your car in or not?" While I want to take off right away, I had waited for over a week for the appointment. So I said fine and called for a ride. She walks away while shaking her head. Then I finally get a call @ 343pm, mind you they close @ 4pm. And Eva tells me the technician doesn't know what suspension sound I'm talking about. Can I take a ride with him and let him know. I'm like, how can he not hear it, but fine, I'm on my way. I kid you not, exactly 8 minutes later she texts me, he left, can you come back on Tuesday! Seriously?!?! Nope...picked up my car and immediately made an appointment with Westfield Ford. 3 days later, wouldn't you know it, there was suspension work done on the car immediately prior to me buying it from a different dealership. So Eva could have immediately pulled that up. She was just to xxxx lazy and could care less about doing her job! So I wasn't making anything up. The sounds the suspension was making was not in my head! Westfield Ford immediately took care of the issue. I'm not sure a mechanic ever even took a look at my car at Hawk Ford...thanks to Eva! Stay away from Hawk Ford and terrible attitude, like Eva. More
