Service I had a great experience. I got my car back in under 2 hrs which has NEVER happened at any other dealership. I really wish I could remember the employ I had a great experience. Cashier was rude. I was called that my car was "ready for pickup." When I arrived I was told to go pay the cashier and then they would have my car brought out. I couldn't just sign some paper work and leave? I waited in line at cashier counter, 2 people ahead of me. Then when I get up there she tells me that she has no paper work in my name, and I have to go back to the service counter and have them print it out and come back. She couldn't call over there and ask them to do it? I have to go back and forth? I go back tell them. They tell me oh no its there. She reprints anyway. We go back to cashier. Now she is waiting on someone else, we wait. Then the service lady (who was very nice) and the cashier are still looking for the original paper work. But we have new ones. I'm like have to go. Let's wrap this up. Then waited 10 minutes for my car to come out. Ridiculous. The place operates like you're at a government facility like the DMV. No thanks. More

No help getting reimbursement from Ford corporate for known problems with clutch. Svc manager Paul 'unavailable' both times I attempted to get information. AC working on June 16th, the day before I dropped the vehicle off at hawk. AC not working when I picked it up yesterday. Too aggravated to bother pursuing more repairs at hawk since I can't be without a vehicle for another week. More
Follow Up Necessary I’ve found that when I bring my car in for service at Hawk Ford, the only way to reach someone in regards to the status of my car, I must call incessa I’ve found that when I bring my car in for service at Hawk Ford, the only way to reach someone in regards to the status of my car, I must call incessantly and speak to at least 3 people to get the entire story. Unfortunately, we’re in an area of limited options as far as dealerships, so I continue to return, even though the level of communication has been significantly lacking since they changed their service staff about 2 years ago. 2017 Ford Explorer I brought it in for some concerns I had. I was told by my service writer that there would be no charge if I decided not to do the work. She gave me the part numbers so I could possibly do the work myself as it seemed simple. When my wife picked up the truck she was charged $75! I called back and spoke to the service writer who told me that she made a mistake and was now charging me $75! Seriously? $75 for some part numbers? $75 after you lied to me and scammed me to get my car back untouched? I will never visit nor will I refer anybody to Hawk Ford! What a total and complete rip off! More
