Extremely dissatisfied I had an appointment at noon and was not seen until 12:45. Once my car was in the back for 15 minutes the guy behind the desk asked me what service I I had an appointment at noon and was not seen until 12:45. Once my car was in the back for 15 minutes the guy behind the desk asked me what service I was having done. My car was done at 1:25 and I sat waiting to be called. 15 minutes later I went up and asked about my car. He said he was getting my paperwork. Then I went to pay and found out the rewards program changed. I don't download apps so I guess I'm out of luck. Thinking of taking my business elsewhere. More
