Courteous customer relations I miss Paul Stassin. He was so helpful. One only needed to tell him the problem and it got fixed. If not done right the first time, he made xxxx sure I miss Paul Stassin. I do wish the service reps had individual offices as before. I brought my car in for an oil change and a leak check of power steering fluid. Alex was very good and answering all questions and in general is patient and seemingly thorough.
