My experience with Eduardo Rodriguez was nothing but outstanding and professional. He treated everyone that came in that morning the same way and seemed to know some of his customers very well. I have been to some of the Ford Dealerships in Naperville IL, Orlando FL, Las Vegas NV, and Southern CA and this has been the most rewarding experience that I have had with a Ford dealership. Being a Fleet Maintenance Manager for a very large corporation I would use Mr. Rodriquez as a traniner (example) for customer service relationships and service management. (Not that I really know this guy from being around him only a few hours) but as a customer he treated me the way I would expect and want to be treated when I go somewhere for service. For those with bad experiences, try and go there when he is there and see if it would change your mind. More
