I have purchased two vehicles through them over the last 4 years. The first was a Kia. After two years, the engine broke down on me while driving home from Florida with my family. When we finally made it home, we immediately took it in. The sales man was at my car door before I could even get out of the car. He asked why I was there, and immediately said “I’ll have my team look at it and see what we can get for a trade-in value!” We thought “there’s no way they’re gonna give us anything for a trade-in! The engine needs replaced completely. I didn’t have a wonderful experience the first time I was there to purchase a car, but I chalked it up to “that’s how all car salesmen are”. I had a bad feeling about purchasing another car from them after having this one die on us less than 2 years after purchasing, but my husband, so optimistic and believing the best in people, convinced me that it was probably a fluke and we’d at least take a look to see what they say and what they have to offer for a new vehicle. Long story short, we decided not to purchase another Kia and ended up getting a GMC. Purchased it that day, out of necessity, bc our other car was shot! This was 2023 when interest rates were soooo high! We didn’t know what else to do tho! We needed a car. They gave us a full trade in value for the broken Kia (red flag) and locked us in on the GMC. As soon as we said yes, we never saw or heard from our salesman again. We waited hours to speak with the finance guy and sign the paper work. We decided to buy the extended warranty this time too… just in case. Fast forward a year and 3 months to October 2024. My GMC is going into limp mode and not accelerating properly. I take my car into the dealership service department. A week later they determine my car needs a new transmission… at 75k miles. I was astonished and a bit skeptical, but they submitted the issue to the warranty company (thank God we purchased that!!), they sent out their own adjuster and approved the claim. A month later, after they had several issues, including ordering the wrong transmission(???) and also having to send the car to a GMC dealership bc they didn’t know how to program the new transmission(???)… I’m told I can come pick up my car. I pay the $200 deductible for the warranty company and get my key… I get in my car… the check engine light is on…. After many more tows, check engine lights, and thousands of dollars… im now being told the timing chain needs replaced ($3000) It’s now end of August and I’m still fighting with this GMC, Napleton, and the warranty company. The warranty doesn’t want to pay bc they’ve already paid for a new transmission (that quite honestly, I don’t think was needed). I get that sucks for them, but that’s not my fault. So I’m 2 vehicles in with Napleton Kia of Fishers, and have had 2 breakdowns in less than 2 years each. They’re rude and unhelpful, and they only care about making a sale. I will NEVER purchase a car or service from them again. And I STRONGLY urge everyone reading this to never give them your business either. More

I received the worst service from this dealer that I have ever received from any other business! Not only did they not do the service I requested. Despite telling me they had the parts for a recall on site ever received from any other business! Not only did they not do the service I requested. Despite telling me they had the parts for a recall on site they did not and told me I would have to wait for the part to arrive and schedule another appointment. I had driven about 60 miles to get there! I had ask for an oil change and they completed that in about two hours and then told me about the lack of recall part(s). As usual they also provided a list of technician suggested service. Much of the list had already been completed (they did not ask me or check the Carfax report). I understand that one of the suggestions is not to be done per Kia) I can't believe this organization has remained open for the years they report More
