Quick and attentive, Jon asked if I needed help, initially explaining that I was getting my wife's vehicle serviced, he inquired about me. I at once declined, however Jon asked that I give it a try (since I was looking for a vehicle) we test drove two vehicles - I enjoyed them both. He asked which was my favorite, and I chose the Soul because of its unique style. A few, not so painful hours, I was processed and driving to pick up my wife, so that we could pick up her van! Jon spent time, "kept it real," and made what could have been a frustrating experience - fun. More
