As a customer I was hesitant I had a pretty good experience at River Oaks Kia, Sales Consultant Andre Kimbrough was exceptional in servicing my needs. As a customer I was hesitant on buying a car but Andre displayed patience and understanding as he worked with me through a few hurdles. In the end he stayed very respectful and considerate of my needs. He hooked me up with a great deal after working with his manager Bobby who was responsive to a few on my concerns and washed them right out the window.
