Shade Shade Shade!!!!!!! I will start with the positives. The sales people and service people were very courteous. But that is the only positive. The negatives are that they w I will start with the positives. The sales people and service people were very courteous. But that is the only positive. The negatives are that they were extremely disrespectful of my time and insulted my intelligence, I made multiple trips to the dealership only to wait for hours and still not have a car that matched my needs. Also, the sales people were not upfront with pricing or other details. When I asked to see the feature sheet or what the price of the vehicle was, I was given the sheet from the car window which listed all of the features etc, but the price was torn off. AND, the guy put the sheet in front of me for all of 20 seconds then took it away. During the entire horrible process, they treated me as if they were doing me a favor. I ended up going to another Kia dealership, being treated with respect and dignity and offered a fabulous deal with a serious UPGRADE to my vehicle at a reasonable price. Everything Napleton Kia offered me was a serious DOWNGRADE from my then vehicle at a higher monthly cost to me. Buyer Beware!!!! More
