I'd been hunting for a Kia Soul for a month in the price range I wanted and I James is THE MAN to go to at Napleton Kia. I'm not kidding people!!! I'd been hunting for a Kia Soul for a month in the price range I wanted and I was almost all fed up until today. I walked into Napleton Kia expecting a bad experience like the ones at other dealers I've had every weekend this month. THAT DID NOT HAPPEN! First off, we were offered coffee which was the bestest coffee in the world! Second, they (James) found a car with EXACTLY what I wanted in it. I'm pretty picky. They were able to get all of my upgrades AND have the price I wanted. It was GREAT! James definitely knew how to work with me and I thank him for everything he did. Loretta showed us how to use our UVO system and now I'm a pro at my big screen in my car! Financing is the place that I was most terrified of and our finance dude (Ray) was HILARIOUS and made the whole process of buying my first car a FUN thing! WHO KNEW THAT WAS POSSIBLE?!?!
