I worked with Adam I bought a 2011 kia optima about 4 months ago and traded in my 07 sport trac. Adam was really nice and everything was good until I was closing deal and signing papers and then amounts started to change on trade in. The couple different stories I got why it changed was one they gave me 10000 for my truck and a 500 dollar tax break which I never agreed to that and dont even recall getting it and then when I talked to adam about it he said well it was 10500 if I put down money and 10000 if I didnt once again never talked about that the deal was 10500 no money down initial here and I did. If I was going to get an extra 500 dollars for putting money down believe me I would of thats pretty dumb not to. I believe sometime after I signed agreement with adam bobby must of realized maybe he made a bad dea he was not going to make alot off the kia so he will make it up and short me on the truck. just give him 10000 and hope he does not catch it in all the paperwork he has to sign is my guess what he was thinking. I know its only 500 dollars but its the way it was done when you agree to a deal you stick to the deal none of the well we gave it to you here or we were going to give it to you if you did this or that. The paper said 10500 no money down on my trade in it should of said 10500 on the final paperwork in the end plain and simple.

if you can please give me your full name, i would like to pull your paper work and see where the break down was..if the paper work was clear on the values offered, that is what i am looking for, when we sell a car we have the customer sign several documents with all the numbers fully disclosed, the verbal negotiating is part of the buying process, and you are brining this up 4 months after purchase, why didn't you bring this up earlier? please advise..

Sorry my name is jared scott I waited because my friend was saving up to purchase a vehicle and did want him to catch any negativity if he went to you guys. I figured if he bought a vehicle I would get some money for referring him which would make up a little on what I was shorted on my trade in.

Your situation had nothing to do with another customer, if you refer another customer, and they mention that at purchase, you will get the bird dog of one hundred dollars, but I pulled your paper work, and the deal worksheet shows 10k for trade, the sale price of the car, and you were putting 500 down.and the monthly payment, .every contract bill of sale and the above worksheet has 10,000 as the trade allowance, and they were signed by yourself. Jared, we can only go by what is in black and white, and by us mentioning the tax credit, that refers to the fact that your tax liability is reduced by the amount of the trade in, which is a fact and a benefeit to trading the car in. You are more then welcome to come in and get a copy of the worksheet you approved in working your deal, and that is what we went by in processing all of your paper work.

Right like I said I never put any money down was the deal 10500 for my trade in no money down was the agreement somewhere it all changed when I was finalizing everything that is all. I never put 500 down not sure why that is on there that is all I am trying to make others aware of dont get caught in all the sign here and here and there paperwork make sure you look it over because the deal we originally agreed on had changed thats all.
