Odeh (pronounced like Odie) was great!!! From the get-go, he made my wife and me feel comfortable. He was completely honest and open and we never felt like we were getting played. We never felt pressured or that anything sneaky was taking place like we've felt in other dealerships. Throughout the entire process they each shared with us their assumptions and in the end gave us a PHENOMENAL deal on a new Optima Hybrid.
