Sorry tp hear about the situation, but we just changed your oil, the issue you had was not related to the oil change, a fuel injector went bad, and we explained this to you. We also recommended numerous services in the past that you have always declined, and that is your choice, but when parts fail sooner as a result of preventative maintenance not being performed this could be the result of that. Lastly to scream and call the staff in the store belligerent names after everyone gave you the courtesy of explaining the situation and trying to resolve your issue in a timely manner is not acceptable.

First, the service was NOT recommended in the past! And it certainly was NOT recommended on Saturday so, you are WRONG! Second, I became emotional AFTER recieving horrible service from your "service" manager. Third, you just changed my oil however, I had no issue until the very day after my oil change. Sorry to hear about your situation, but the factory warranty is pretty clear that a customer has to perform basic maintenance on the vehicle for it to maintain the factory warranty, and based on your service history with us you performed 7 oil changes with our service department, and based on the mileage of your car it should have at least 22-25 oil changes and what Kia is asking for is proof that you performed the maintenance the car requires and is required to keep the warranty valid on the car. It doesn't matter where you performed those services that were required, you just need to show proof of those services because based on the failure of the engine, it is the lack of oil changes the car has had that caused it to fail, oil doesn't turn into sludge if it is changed on a regular basis, and this car has severe sludge, that is why they are requesting proof of the maintenance. If you can provide the proof we would be happy to submit that to Kia and try and get the warranty to look at your case and see if they can offer some assistance.
