Horrible Service First time, I didn't get the discount that I was told I would when they called to reschedule my appointment. I came in Saturday for an oil change and saturday night my check engine light came on and car became shaky and started blowing a lot of exhaust. Brought my car back Monday morning and was told that it was basically normal wear and tear and that part of it. I spoke with the Service Manager, he is a rude, ignorant B. I also spoke with one of the sales managers, just an unhelpful. If you want your car messed up and terrible service, please do make this your dealership of choice. More

Disappointed, Dissatisfied & Heartbroken I am very disappointed, dissatisfied and heartbroken with Kia overall. My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from Napleton Kia. We have been loyal I am very disappointed, dissatisfied and heartbroken with Kia overall. My husband and I have bought 3 vehicles from Napleton Kia. We have been loyal customers for 5 years. We have recommended friends and family and strangers who have purchased from them as well. Recently, my 2014 Kia Forte's engine went out. I was still within my 100,000 mile warranty for the engine to be fixed. However, since they did not have record of oil changes starting from 2017, they asked that we provide receipts. We provided all the receipts for my oil changes. Then they said that we needed to pay them $800.00 in order for them to break the engine down and inspect it. They wanted to "ensure" that we had been upkeeping the vehicle and getting all of our oil changes (although we had already provided receipts). My car has been at the Napleton Kia dealership in Calumet City,IL for three months now. I refuse to pay $800.00 to have something fixed thats still under warranty after only having this vehicle for 4.5 years. I am disappointed & hurt that I have been loyal to this company & this is the treatment I receive. We will no longer trade, purchase, lease or rent another Kia vehicle in our lives or in our children 's life. We will no longer recommend Kia to family or friends or anyone that we know or cross paths with. This is a lesson learned, DONT DO BUSINESS WITH KIA. You have been warned. More
