Best snow day, ever! We went to Napleton Hyundai for an oil change early on a snowy day in Chicago and it was an unexpected pleasure. While we were waiting for our car to We went to Napleton Hyundai for an oil change early on a snowy day in Chicago and it was an unexpected pleasure. While we were waiting for our car to get serviced, Latonia came in and greeted us and told us about the new 2019 vehicles that were available. Still in her coat, because she just arrived at work, she asked us questions about what we were looking for in a new car and told us about the new suvs they had that would be great for the weather we were having. We looked at and test drove the 2019 Santa Fe and Latonia explained the features that made the car work well in the snow. She demonstrated the features of the car and gave us time to try them out for ourselves and made sure everything was working for us correctly. She showed us the QRG and scheduled our first service visit for us. When we were ready to go, we had a full tank of gas and a final overview from Latonia to make sure all our questions were answered and we understood the features before we left. This was the best experience we've ever had purchasing a vehicle, even if it wasn't in our plans for the day, and would highly recommend Latonia.. More
