Service department customer rep performance terrible his nam When a customer comes in to get a oil change and your service department dont add there name to the oil change list for the next day. Its not the cust When a customer comes in to get a oil change and your service department dont add there name to the oil change list for the next day. Its not the customer fault it's your company fault because they did not add the name to the list now the customer has to leave that's very unacceptable when I didn't spend $24,000 buying a new car there and I had to go out to Highland Indiana to wedd Hyundai who did a great job and they are not disrespectful the service person name John he needs some skill work and he needs to know how to talk to the customers because you guys lost five customers because of his behavior I would never buy another car there and I would never get an oil change there and I'm going to tell my family and friends not to come there terrible service and you can't reach the service manager Mike he's never available to talk to anybody he needs to be replaced as well More

We purchased a Hyundai Elantra in 2010 from this dealership and the service was extraordinary from all involved. And today the service given superceeded 2010. Nathan Myers, my salesperson, for both 2010 and today( 1/30/18 ) is the reason why I came back to this dealership. Phenomenal Car Dealer Ship My search for a car began 3 years ago. I finally found a welcoming place, where I can share my thoughts and wants in a car. Nate assisted my boyfriend My search for a car began 3 years ago. I finally found a welcoming place, where I can share my thoughts and wants in a car. Nate assisted my boyfriend and I with his services, and he did a great job! He listened, and most importantly was patient with the cars I was interested in. He answered every one of our questions, and made great suggestions. Nate made this experience stress free, and made our wait worth while! We thank Nate, car dealerships should have more employees like him. From beginning to end, he made sure we were taken care of and made sure I felt comfortable with my decision in purchasing my first brand new car! It's been a couple hours and I'm loving my 2018 Hyundai, Sonata..we will defiantly be back in the future for my boyfriends next car! Great Service Today me and my fiancee were interested in leasing a vehicle.
