Worst experience I've had at a dealership I've never written a review in the past but this experience warrants one. I contacted this dealership three times about one of there vehicles. I spo I've never written a review in the past but this experience warrants one. I contacted this dealership three times about one of there vehicles. I spoke two different indivduals about this vehicle. The questions I had, could not be answered the first time thats why my initial call wasn't returned. So after speaking to a sales rep and filling out the trade in appraisel on line, I was told to come in so we could discuss a deal. I explained that I lived over an hour a way and tried to discuss pricing via phone to see if we were in the same frame of mind. I decided to make the trip and talk in person. The vehicle was priced at 32,800, I was very adamant about the pricing number before I make the trip. After taking it for a test drive I was informed that 8000 in parts were not added to the vehicle price. That number was now added right in front of me. I informed them I was no longer interested and would of never made the trip If I knew that. The vehicle is now on their website for 35,000. I would never recommend this dealership to anyone. More

Quick to respond at first but I had been corresponding with the "Internet" team at this dealership for a couple of days, then got a "canned" email from Jody Adams. This prompted m I had been corresponding with the "Internet" team at this dealership for a couple of days, then got a "canned" email from Jody Adams. This prompted me to check their website and they now had pictures of the vehicle that prompted me to contact them them in the first place. So I emailed them late at night to make an offer on that used vehicle. I told them that I would put a deposit down as soon as they contacted me and negotiated the selling price. Well, I waited the whole next day to hear from them and I finally called them when I got home from work. I was originally told the vehicle was still available and they would have someone call me back. No call back from Jessica or the "Internet" team I had previous communications. Finally got a text from someone stating that there was someone there right now looking at this vehicle and later that it was sold. Considering that I made an offer the night before and got no response from anyone, I would be cautious in communicating with this dealership. More
