And then my car was not prepped, I received no orientation, no information on the warranties, did not get the financing he guaranteed, And the worst was that he knew I had a time deadline that he promised to meet, but failed to tell anyone else, so I missed something very important because I made the mistake of believing him. ????? I was lied to & mislead on more than one phone call and on my visit in. Was being told that a car that was listed on the website was for sale and being outsourced for repairs when in reality it ne call and on my visit in. When I did some searching, called & found out by the sales manager there was never once an apology there was however a chance for him to try & up sell me. Well even if i am thinking of buying a new car now ill take my business & A+ credit elsewhere! I would never refer anyone to this dealership and I will be submitting a letter to the owner, and to the BBB. Funny how that car is still currently listed on the website! We drove over 200 miles to see a vehicle that I discovered on auto trader. We were met at the door by Irving with a smile and a hand shake. The vehicle had some scratches on the body.
