When I tried to get in touch with someone, it took 3 or 4 days. In addition, I wasn't given a code so that I could reprogram the keypad on the door. I was told to go to another Ford dealer to get the keypad days. In addition, I wasn't given a code so that I could reprogram the keypad on the door. I was told to go to another Ford dealer to get the keypad reprogramed. It cost me an additional $17. The price that I was quoted and the price on the internet, were not the price that I was charged. Apparently there is a charge that is made on all used vehicles but no one told me of this and it is not something that can be put on the sales slip. This was an additional $892 that I was charged that no one told me about. I was very unhappy with the way I was treated when no one would respond to answer a simple question. I bought the car "as is" with no warranty, but there was a problem with the gas fill sensor the first time I filled the vehicle with gas and I had to take it to a Ford dealer to get it fixed, which cost me an additional $80. I realize it was "as is" but I felt that it was something that wasn't disclosed when I bought the car. Overall, this was not a good experience for me and I won't be going back, nor will I give a good recommendation. More

I recently purchased a 2005 Town & Country from Napleton's. I worked mostly with the used car manager, Kevin, and was pleased with how well he treated me...even though I wasn't purchasing a brand Napleton's. I stopped by the dealer to look at a Jeep Grand Cherokee over the weekend for my wife. The truck was really nice, and the salesman was very patient and answered all of our questions. BETWEEN ME AND MY PARENTS WE HAVE PURCHASED 2 NEW DODGE JOURNEYS.......FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS AMONG PROBLEMS. FIRST THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH FINANCING WHICH AT THAT TIME I SHOULD HAVE JOURNEYS.......FROM THE VERY FIRST DAY I HAVE HAD PROBLEMS AMONG PROBLEMS. FIRST THERE WAS A PROBLEM WITH FINANCING WHICH AT THAT TIME I SHOULD HAVE JUST TAKEN MY CAR BACK (2010 FULLY LOADED FORD ESCAPE) I HAVE GIVEN UP ALL THE EXTRAS BUT, ONE THING THAT I NEEDED WAS XM RADIO I HAVE A LONG DRIVE TO WORK AND ENJOY LISTENING TO MUSIC. I HAD VERIFIED WITH THE SALESMAN MIKE WHOM ASSURED ME I HAD THAT COME TO FIND OUT THAT WASN'T THE CASE ALSO THE RADIO IN THE CAR HAS A LOT OF STATICK. THE DOOR GUARDS WERE COMING OFF ON BOTH BACK DOORS I WAS ASSURED THEY WERE ORDERED 2 WEEKS LATER STILL NO CALL. FINALLY WHEN I BROUGHT THE CAR IN LAST WEEK AFTER BEING THERE FOR 31/2 HOURS THEY PUT THE WRONG DOOR GUARDS ON THEY WERE BLACK INSTEAD OF THE COLOR OF THE CAR, THEY DIDN'T CHANGE THE RADIO TO ONE THAT DIDN'T HAVE STATIC OR XM RADIO AND I HAD ALSO NOTICED THAT THE WASHER LIGHT WAS ON AND BROUGHT TO THEIR ATTENTION. THEY HAD WASHED THE CAR BUT, IT STILL WAS FILTHY, I MADE SAM THE GM AWARE OF THIS AND HE SAID NOT TO WOORY WE WILL TAKE CARE OF EVERYTHING. WEDNESDAY NIGHT I AGAIN DROPPED OFF MY CAR TO HAVE THE SAME THINGS DONE AGAIN BUT, NOBODY IN THE WHOLE DEALERSHIP HAD ANY CLUE OF WHAT I WAS EVEN TALKING ABOUT. I PHONED LAST NIGHT TO SEE IF THE CAR WAS DONE AND WAS TOLD ONLY THE DOORJAMS HAD BEEN TAKEN CARE OF SO I ASKED WHAT ABOUT THE OTHER ISSUES WHICH THE ANSWER WAS THEY DIDN'T KNOW ANYTHING ELSE WAS WRONG I HAVE LEFT SEVERAL MESSAGES AND NOBODY HAS THE TIME TO CALL ME BACK. I'M VERY FRUSTRATED THE CUSTOMER SERVICE STINKS,SERVICE DEPT STINKS AND SO DOES THE SALESMAN WHOM KEEPS PUTTING ME OFF AFTER HE ALSO SAYS HE WILL TAKE CARE OF THINGS.
