Unfortunately my experience at this dealership was unpleasant. I scheduled an appointment with Stacey on 3/15 and confirmed the price of the vehicle. To my dismay when I arrived I was told the vehicl unpleasant. I scheduled an appointment with Stacey on 3/15 and confirmed the price of the vehicle. To my dismay when I arrived I was told the vehicle was $4,677 higher than the price quoted to me and higher than what was listed on the dealers website and autotrader. When I inquired about the price discrepancy, The sales manager informed me the price increase was due to market conditions. But that they would in fact honor the price I was quoted. This bait and switch tactic was unnecessary and they lost out on a slam dunk deal. The following day I received a follow up call from Julianna Llanos at Napleton Arlington Heights CDJR and I explained what happened and received a boiler plate response with no action. “ sorry we were unable to agree on a price”. I am unsure why this dealership decided to increase the price upon meeting me in person. Perhaps I don’t align with the dealerships preferred demographic of customer? Who knows. Buyer beware! btw my sales associate Latrell was great, however management did not position him well to close the deal with the bait and switch approach. More
