Let me start off by saying they marked up 5k from the listed sales price, and noted that I was going to put down 5k, when I never mentioned that at all. Why would I put 5k down to bring the price back do listed sales price, and noted that I was going to put down 5k, when I never mentioned that at all. Why would I put 5k down to bring the price back down to the listed price? Really? Make it make sense. After disputing that over and over, the sales manager gave me some xx explanation that he has to mark it up due to the market, and also that the website isn’t accurate, and all this other nonsense. He finally says “I’ll honor the listed price” like yea no s*** we shouldn’t even be debating about this to begin with. I said if you’re going to mark up your price 5k then mark up my trade-in for 5k, but no I sounded crazy when I said that apparently. Next, while looking at numbers they were supposably removing warranties, removing fees, writing all these xx numbers on paper and scratching it out and writing new numbers, over and over, obviously trying to mix me up (funny how it was obvious) and I told them how are you discounting me anything when the total isn’t changing. Nice try though. I was also told I had a check engine light and that it affected my appraisal, when I made it very clear I had a TPMS light on due to putting my winter aftermarket tires, and sensors needed to be reset. Just shows you how even that little information was mishandled. Check engine light? Really?? Complete waste of my time. Oh, and while talking with the sales manager and the salesman, salesman was throwing a little fit on the side. Rolling his eyes, letting out these big sighs… sorry your xx didn’t work and you’re upset. Better luck next time. Do your research people. I saw I’m not the only one who’s had this experience where they marked up the price 5k. Stay away from these shady places. More
Went to look at a pre-owned car that was on their website(Nissan Rouge) to test drive and possibly leave the lot with same day. They took my info and had a gentleman named "Jerry" help me. They told me to wait for him near the front as he was going to bring the car around so we waited. Jerry then comes to us and says the car has not been detailed and had only been there for 3-4 days. I had no problem with it not being detailed and still wanted to look at the car and waited up front again. A good moment passes and he tells us that the car is in another location and "probably has some issues with it." All I thought was "why didn't he just tell me the car was unavailable?" I wasted my time there for them to lie to me. I had a back up vehicle that I had seen on their website but lost interest as soon as they pulled this off. Really hope they do not waste other peoples time like they did mine. More
They sold me a 2018 Jeep Grande Cherokee with bald tires and Internal axel damage. My FCW & Electric Stability Control service lights were on the next day after purchasing. This company is untrustworthy, unprofessional and are rude to women. I don’t recommend purchasing with them. More
Worst dealer I have ever dealt with! I inquired about a car posted online. Had five different people call me about my inquiry. I asked about the car and gave them info on my trade. I reached out again and was told the car was sold. Two days passed and the car was still online so I called again. Sales person send she would check if the car was available and would call me back. Never heard from her. At 8:00 pm I received a call from a sales manager who told me the car was available but, he didn't want me to be surprised when I got there and found out there was a $5,000 mark up from the price they advertised the car for sale. Guy was a complete jerk! I researched the ownership and found unbelievable news stories about the Director of Operations. I will never do business with this Dealership! Do your research. More

It appears if not much can get done with out Service Manager approval which also has been extremely weak. More
