I explained to him what I was looking for and he steered me in the right direction. He was very knowledgeable with Jeeps and their service. After test driving a Grand Cherokee and a Cherokee, I chose the Grand Cherokee. We went into his office and we worked with numbers. We came up with a perfect payment amount. I called and asked for Matt Allin to get a quote on a Jeep Patriot. They had the color we were wanting. He was extremely nice, helpful, etc. He worked up a bid over the phone which was excellent. I did the credit application ahead of time. Then we went to the dealership. The customer service was excellent. The Jeep Patriot was going to be my daughters car. He had it cleaned up and sitting in the entrance of the showroom so she could drive it off the showroom floor. How awesome is that!! It was the quickest, easiest, and best experience buying a car for myself and my daughter. Highly recommend this dealership and Matt Allin and Rich Difeo! Both very helpful and gave exact price that they quoted me over the phone. More

Best Car Dealership Service EVER!!! After a horrible experience at another dealership we decided to try the internet. Found a vehicle we liked, called Napleton's...basically finished th After a horrible experience at another dealership we decided to try the internet. Found a vehicle we liked, called Napleton's...basically finished the deal over the phone. (Great for us since we were 1-1/2 hours away from dealership.) Got to the lot late on a Monday evening and was greeted and treated wonderfully by everyone. However, our two favorites were Matt Allin and Rich in Finance. Great guys to work with! I will definitely recommend these guys to anyone looking for great service. These guys were not the 'cheesy' car salesman type people...they were genuine, down to earth guys that treated us like we were buying their product and that they appreciated it. Even though we were there late (because of our commute time to get to the lot) before we left the lot we were given a full feature 'tour' of our new vehicle. We were not hurried through any of it. They definitely changed my opinion of car shopping! Thanks again guys! More

Fairly painless purchase process. I dislike the car purchase process because I hate the back-and-forth games. In the end, I know I never get the best price I could. That said, I didn't feel too bad about the process with Napleton's. Matt (our salesman) was friendly, answered questions clearly, and took pretty good care of us. The process didn't take too long and Matt and the finance folks did all they could to expedite the transaction. They even sent us home with the new vehicle and said we could come back in the morning when all the paperwork was ready. That saved us from sitting around for a couple of hours that night. We love the new jeep and are comfortable that Napleton's will stand behind it. More
