worst experience ever found truck I had been looking for on internet on Saturday night and made appointment for Monday test drive . called on the way to confirm. then wa found truck I had been looking for on internet on Saturday night and made appointment for Monday test drive . called on the way to confirm. then was called back to be told someone else was driving it and they would let me know something in 30 minutes. 45 minutes later I called them back and was told the truck was no longer available, 2 hours into my drive and before my appointment time! no apology and different story from everyone I spoke with. general manager stated that he would find another truck and make this right, that was 2 weeks ago.....he is no longer responding to my emails More

AWSOME EXPERIENCE I was searching for a specific car and found it searching Yahoo Cars, but it was near St, Louis, MO and we live almost 400 miles away, so I continued I was searching for a specific car and found it searching Yahoo Cars, but it was near St, Louis, MO and we live almost 400 miles away, so I continued searching for something closer until I received an alert the price had dropped. That was on a Saturday night, I immediately sent an e-mail to reserve a test drive for the following Saturday. Monday morning, I called and asked them to hold the car, I was coming to get it Saturday. No haggling on the price and to top it off they accepted an internet coupon lowering the price even more. We drove to Saint Peters after work on Friday and spent the night nearby, got up early on Saturday morning to be at the dealership when they opened. When we drove up, the salesperson, Bruce Maddy was bringing the care around from the detailing shop. I took it out for a little spin and was HOOKED, line and sinker. The paperwork was completed without any drama or issues, (Thanks Rich), I was very nervous about buying a car over the internet, but these people are complete PRO's and made the entire process easy. The car is amazing, but the folks at this dealership know how to treat people right. It was worth the 800 mile round trip and driving two cars back.
