When we left to test drive another vehicle, there was no pressure to stay and get a deal done. When we returned later in the day to make our purchase, they worked hard to make sure we left with a good deal. Robert was great about leading us through the paperwork quickly and not making any hard sells for extended warranties we had no interest in, which we appreciated. Because of an error in the paperwork, we had to return to the dealership two days later, but they were very gracious and apologetic about making us coming back out (roughly an hour roundtrip) and even topped off our gas tank as a way of saying thanks. We're very pleased about how they treated us and would definitely recommend them. More
