They sold me a lemon Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion two weeks ago. Vehicle started shifting rough when going from 1st to 2nd gear. Made a service appointment and was told Purchased a 2016 Ford Fusion two weeks ago. Vehicle started shifting rough when going from 1st to 2nd gear. Made a service appointment and was told when I arrived that I need to take it to the ford dealer for a diagnostic. Scheduled a appointment with Ford and was told I was responsible for a $145 service fee. Contacted the dealer and got the run around about if they would pay for the service fee, remind you I just purchased the vehicle two weeks ago. I will be returning the vehicle since it’s less than 72 days I’ll never recommend anyone to them, janky car dealer. More
