I bought a Jeep Wrangler, not from them, about 2 months ago and unfortunately it was lemon. They have worked with me for over a month to help me get out of that car and into a beautiful Grand chrerokee Laredo. They are friendly to talk to and are overall great people. Outstanding service with unparalled integrity. I arrived in STL to help my son whose car became unworkable. After finding two trucks that did not work out as hoped, I was directed to Napleton and t I arrived in STL to help my son whose car became unworkable. After finding two trucks that did not work out as hoped, I was directed to Napleton and there was Tex. As Tex said, "I was a woman on a mission." I had to return home to Los Angeles but could not leave my son without a trustworthy vehicle. We found the truck on the internet and I went to see about it the next morning. God blessed me with Tex! (And I don't say that lightly.) Tex brought the truck out, gave me all the pertinent information and assured me this would be a good purchase. I know you're thinking, "that's just salesmanship." Maybe with someone else but not with Tex. Tex knew I needed a vehicle that I would allow my Mom to use and I was assured my son would be safe and have many more miles to go on the truck. I was supposed to receive a follow up call on a preowned jeep I bought where I fully intended on telling them about how the dvd system did not work (something I didn't think to check before I left). Here I am six months later with no follow up call. I emailed the salesman who never contacted me back. Unfortunately yesterday the the transmission went out in it and it's like pulling teeth to get a hold of them. I would not recommend them to anyone ever. I was recently in the market for a truck and they had one I liked but because their level of commitment to the customer is subpar I refused to even go see it. I spent quite a bit of money on a 2014 ford truck elsewhere. My lesson was learned hopefully others don't go through the same. Have a blessed day. More
