Worst experience. Dysfunctional service. From the reception to the salesman that was useless to the finance process then finally to the service department. Bought my da Dysfunctional service. Thought we were getting a deal, should have paid more for less aggravation. Purchase was 3/16. Never got the title, had to make a frustrating trip back to get the title then find out the car hasn’t had it’s inspections. So three trips to the license office and my daughters car is still not plated, it’s 4/19. I’ve left messages for the service department and the salesman. Their inspection machine is broke. More
