I contacted him regarding a "we owe" dent repair from Napleton Kia recieved when I purchased my new car. He is an "artist" of dent removal. He came to my home on my schedule, was very friendly and professional, and it turned out great. The dent is gone! I will defiantly use him again and recommend him to everyone! Great experience in the end Originally came off as pushy as we knew what we wanted and were willing to pay, but felt as if we were being pushed another direction. When multiple staff listened to our requests, we were pointed in the right direction and ended up getting what we wanted for a price we could afford. Many employees were very helpful in the end result. Pushiness found redemption the next day when i had an uneasiness and additional questions regarding the financials of the sale and the same employee set aside time to speak with me on more of a personal level which completed the buying experience for me and will bring me back in the future. Great experience in the end but it took alot of time to get there, but that in part is due to the decision making process. Financial process was easy but i did have to return as some of the paperwork i had requested had been left out of the packet. More
